Swamp barge Rig platform commonly operated in swamp or river. Located in 7-15 feet water depth. The operation of this rig is to fill the "ballast tank" with water in order to position a sink and sit bottom of the sea bed and "spud can" also embedded in the sea floor.

3. Tender Barge Rig
This rig almost similar with Swap Barge Rig, but with ability to drill in 10-30 meters depth, deeper than swamp barge rig.

4. Jack Up Rig
Jack up rig is a type of mobile platform that usually consists three legs that can move down or move up, so the legs can follow the structure of sea bed. This rig operated in the sea depth about 150-250 feets.

Semi submersible Rig are the most stable of any floating rig, usually used if the water depth deeper than 250 feets that Jack Up Rig can't reach it. This rig has some propeller to maintain the position of platform to keep in drilling point, this propeller ussually controlled by computer system that connected with satellite.

Drill Ship Rig is a ship that consist drilling operation on it. This platform is usually used in the deeper area that other rigs can't reach it. This rig has some propeller to maintain the position of platform to keep in drilling point, this propeller ussually controlled by computer system that connected with satellite, and cost to build this rig is the most expensive from other rigs.
